Dr. Majid Ali Abidi

Dr Majid graduated in medicine (MBBS) from Sindh Medical College, University of Karachi in 1995
He completed postgraduate studies and acquired “Membership of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan” in Psychiatry in 1998 (MCPS)
He received fellowship of Biological Psychiatry at Berlin, Germany in 2001
He has acquired “Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrist” (International Associate) London, United Kingdom in 2014 (MRCPsych)
He has awarded “International fellow of American Psychiatric Association” in 2016 (Fellow of APA)
He also acquired “Masters of Business Administration” (Executive) in 2002 (MBA)
He has received award of “Youngest Psychiatrist of Pakistan” in 1998
He has represented Pakistan in numerous international psychiatric symposia/conferences all over the world in 166 destinations.
He has number of research papers published in national and international scientific journals on his credit
He has conducted a number of training workshops around globe.
Many seminar and conferences has been organized by him.
He has numerous television appearances as an expert in morning shows & different talk shows.
He was an elected Vice president of Pakistan Psychiatric Society (2017-18)
He is currently working as Clinical Director of The Brain Clinic
Dr. Majid Ali Abidi is currently working as Associate Professor & Head of Psychiatry Department at Hamdard University Hospital, Karachi
